How To Get Started

Okay so you want to start working out/get fit, etc… If this is a New Years resolution then this is not going to be for you! But, If you’re serious and your want to learn how to make fitness a part of your for the rest and best of your life then lets get started, for the next 60 days I’m going to give you everything you need make this happen. I’ll need the following from you:

1. Let me know what your doing now

  • Sit on your couch and watch TV, eat 1 or 2 meals a day and get the mail daily.
  • Go workout once or twice a week, list time, day’s and exercises.
  • Diagnosed with a disease and want live a longer healthier life Etc…

2. Goals

  • What do you seriously want to accomplish?
  • How much time do you want to devote to this?
  • You really want to…
